The single-nave church of Tetritsikhe is located on the bank of Chrdili (Childiri) Lake, which also preserves ruins of a megalithic fortress, a wall, a gate and a turret. The church is badly ruined. The arch, the vault and part of the conch have collapsed and the west and south-eastern portions are destroyed. The facing masonry, except on the sanctuary and the north section of the conch, is largely ruined. The apse capital is decorated with horizontal shafts. Near the church lies a stone adorned with palmette ornaments. The church is assigned to the second half of the 10th century.
