The second hall church of Taoskari lies 25-30 metres away from the octagonal church. It is built of small grey blocks arranged in horizontal courses. The roof, the vault and most part of the walls are ruined.

There is a semi-circular sanctuary with an apse on the east. Westwards the space becomes oblong in shape. The middle section is widened, while the extreme west part is again narrowed. The only difference is that the walls appear thicker. The chancel window is destroyed. The south wall preserves one window; the paired window on the west wall is filled in. Most of the walls being ruined, it is difficult to accurately determine the location of a door.
