The village now called Kaialti and formerly known as Andzavi preserves a fotrress lying on a steep incline. It is overlooked by a small hall-type church marking the top of the hill. The interior walls of the church preserve small fragments of mural pantings. The building masonry consists of uneven courses of broken stone. The roof is destroyed. The church was presumably bulit in the 14th-15th century.
