Ninotsminda Church is located on the village outskirts, in the so-called Kalo neighbourhood, towards thesouth-east of the village of Alibeglo (Kakhi District). The last time it was renovated by the local community was in the period of the reintroduction of Christianity in Hereti, between 1850-1855.

Ninotsminda dome, bell-tower and a gable roof of tile was repaired in 1930-32 when it was first used as a warehouse. The new function rescued the church from destruction. It preserves in good physical shape.

The church is of kuppelhalle type with a projecting apse and an elongated west arm. The church has a bell-tower to its west.
