Church in Aradu village

Location: Georgia, the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia,  Ochamchire municipality, village of Aradu .      

Date of built: Middle Ages.

Architectural description:  The building was hall type, which was made out of wooden materials. In the middle of the 20th century, the Church was disassembled   and  wooden materials were used for the school building.

Current condition: The territory is currently occupied by Russia, because of which it is impossible to study the current condition and to conduct the suitable works.  Church walls are in a heavy physical condition and need an urgent conservation.
