Built in the 9th century, Sinkoti Church is inscribed-cross on plan and has a gallery from three sides. The dome, most part of the vaults, the gallery and half of the west wall are destroyed. The sanctuary is flanked by apsed pastophoria set in the east sections of the narrow lateral naves. There are right-angledchambers on the top of the gallery. Pilasters divide the gallery into small sections covered with cruciform vaults.
The church is faced with roughly cut blocks arranged in horizontal courses. The facing masonry of the east, south and west facades are lost.
